Hi Vel, glad you are getting better!

I hope it's ok to jump in because recently I kind of feel some similarity with what you write. Recently, I was just trying to accept that it's really hard to focus in these times.

About the reading, maybe you can try to read for your own pleasure first? Or at least for your own curiosity. Not to follow others' expectation. The past 6 months I tried to enjoy the book I read, and dig the parts where I feel relate. Maybe at the moment you feel overwhelmed to read about building habits?

About the goal. I'd like to see that your act of daily writing is also a goal, no matter how big/small it is. Maybe, from your writing taps you can take a closer look on what really matters for you personally. And it can be your short or long term goal or whatever you want to call it.

For me, it's also challenging. I tend to agree with what I reflect recently that sometimes, not everyone can have a super-specific goals. And for now just keep trying healthily to get closer to my own self, maybe the goal is within me all along.

I hope my thoughts are not adding extra clutter on your own thoughts! haha.
