I heard about IDEO in a book called Switch, the book mention IDEO and showing some example about nurturing a growth mindset in the company and it relates how they nurture design thinking as a culture. It's nice to know more detail about the 5 phases.

Other thing, I have a question about this part of the article: "When describing the user needs, remember to use VERB instead of NOUN. Describing it as a noun will help you to put the focus on the right solution to find clarity."

For the 2nd sentence, should it be "Describing it as a verb will help you..." ? In order to match with the idea of the 1st sentence.
